TAPE is a realism drama about the high-stimuli character Sara (24) and the relationship between her and her best friend Cecilie (24). Their friendship takes a turn when they both blackout after a night of partying together. Sara discovers secrets Cecilie confesses that night on a camcorder – and has trouble understanding what is true and what’s not.The film explores the theme of egoism and jealousy. What does it mean to love someone? Is it your own need you have to prioritize, or the other half?
